Southern and Central Baikal 14-24 August, 2016 RV “G. Titov”
The fieldworks were conducted on board RV “G. Titov” within four State Projects (headed by D. Sherbakov, T. Khodzher, A. Fedotov, and S. Belikov).
To study the effect of abiotic factors on taxonomic diversity of flora and fauna of Lake Baikal, researchers sampled plants, animals and near-bottom water in different areas of Lake Baikal from the depth ranges of 0.5- 20 m.
