Due to the worsening of sanitary-epidemiological situation in the expansion of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of Irkutsk Region and according to the Statement of Irkutsk Region Governor # 279 of June 18, 2021,
I ORDER:

Order on organization of distant work of the employees
1. The heads of the structural units must provide that personnel 65 y. o. and older as well as pregnant women work distantly or go on vacations according to the Labor Legislation of the Russian Federation. The Institute employees corresponding to the clause 1 shall inform the head of their unit and the Director about their self-isolation and distant work. The list of the employees aged over 65 whose presence in the Institute is critically important for the Institute functioning and without possible skilled substitution will be drawn by a separate order.
2. The Head of Personnel Department N.V. Golubina must provide the current information concerning the vacation of employments stated in the clause 1 to the heads of the structural units of the Institute.
3. If it is technically and functionally possible, the heads of structural units can allow to other employments to work distantly or in part-time regime.
4. An employee working distantly fully fulfills his/her work according to the Working Agreement and with salary kept. The heads of the structural units organize presentation of time-trackers as an electronic document to the Personnel Department on the address golubina@lin.irk.ru
